About the Companion Workbook
The Companion Workbook contains the self-reflection activities that are shared in the book Joyful Eating: How to Break Free of Diets and Make Peace with Your Body.
The intention of these activities is to help you explore your relationship with food and your body, and integrate the Joyful Eating Principles through self-reflection.
The Companion Workbook is not intended to be a standalone book but a way to work through the activities in Joyful Eating by providing more space to fill in the tables and make notes as you read the book. It may also become a resource that you can return to, where you can see how your relationship with food and your body has shifted with time.
