Joyful Eating is a philosophy of eating that prioritises awareness and enjoyment.
It involves ditching food rules and beliefs that erode trust in our bodies and ourselves around food. Rather than focus on external rules, Joyful Eating involves understanding our relationship with food, enabling us to eat in a more relaxed, intuitive, and joyful way.
