I enjoy writing.
I write blogs, articles, novels and children’s books.
I published my first book, Joyful Eating: How to Break Free of Diets and Make Peace with Your Body, in 2019.
I have also had my writing featured in various publications, including Tutum Journal and Yogahood Online.
