I eat vegetarian. So, the recipes I share are plant-based.
However, as a nutritionist, I believe in balance and enjoying the foods that you eat. As such, I’ve no wish to sway you to a vegan or vegetarian way of eating but aspire to help you incorporate more variety in your diet and to eat with curiosity.
You may find something here you’ve never tried before or a more nutritious slant on a favourite comfort food. And there is nothing stopping you enjoying these recipes alongside meats. It’s about finding what suits you, your body, your lifestyle and taste preferences. Over to you!
