Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and engaged in the moment, without distraction, judgement or attachment to thoughts and feelings.
Mindfulness meditation is the practice of training ourselves to bring mindfulness into our everyday. So, that we can apply mindfulness to any activity we partake in, such as eating. Regular practice of mindfulness meditation may benefit our physical and mental health. It may assist with anxiety, stress, depression, sleep disorders and eating concerns.
